Pizza Dough

1 T active dry yeast
1 t honey
1 c warm water
3 c flour (2 white whole wheat, 1 APF)
1 t kosher salt
1T olive oil

Dissolve yeast in warm water
Combin flour, salt, oil, honey.
Using the dough hook, knead for about 5 minutes
Knead by hand for about 2 or 3 minutes
Let dough rise for about 30 minutes
Divide dough into equal balls
Let rise for another 15-20 minutes (dough can be refrigerated after this step)

Bake at 500 after rolling out and topping.
