Latest kick

So I made the chicken orzo salad recipe, and it has been the main staple of my diet this past weekend....kind of.  I have modified it for couscous and fish, but not together.  I have been basically adding the following to EVERYTHING and it is so yummy!

toasted sunflower seeds
toasted coconut
curry
ginger
yogurt (instead of mayo)
salt and pepper


Here is what I added the above ingredients to for the NVPOM picnic potluck:

couscous (cooked in chicken broth)
sauteed spinach
cranraisins

Here is what I did for lunches:

leftover tilapia
mango
red pepper flakes

I have a feeling that I am going to burn out on this quickly, but it is good while it lasts :D!
