Chocolate Mochi

Ingredients
3 C Sweet Rice Flour
3 C Water
2 C Sugar
6 t powdered cocoa
1 C water

1. Mix sugar and cocoa well, add 1 cup water and heat to dissolve the sugar.
2. Mix the flour and 3 c water in large bowl until smooth
3. Cover and microwave for 5 minutes.
4. Remove and mix well, put back into microwave for 5 more minutes.
5. Add cocoa syrup to mochi and mix thoroughly.
6. Pour mixture into greased pan...cool until firm.
