  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Red Boat fish sauce
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Fines herbes (optional)
Bake chicken legs at 375 for a long time...about an hour and a half
