Lemon coconut tofu squares

Crust
1/2 c coconut oil
1/4 c honey
1 t vanilla
1/4 t sea salt
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour

Filling
8 oz silken tofu
1/4-1/2 c honey
1 T lemon zest
1/4 c ++ lemon juice
1/4 t baking powder
2 T ++ whole wheat flour
Shredded Coconut for dusting

1. Heat oven 350
2. Brush 8 inch pan with oil
3. Combine wet crust ingredients, add flour and press into pan.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. Process filling ingredients Nd pour into baked crust.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until firm.
7. Dust with coconut.
