Coconut nut crusted fish

Ingredients
1 cup nuts (brazil and pecans)
1 cup shredded coconut
Nutritional yeast
Salt
Paprika
1/2 cup coconut milk
Tilapia filets

Method
1. Combine coconut milk and fish in a dish and let soak while mixing the topping.
2. Add nuts, shredded coconut and spices into food processor and mix until bread crumb-like consistency.
3. Dredge fish into the nut and coconut mixture.
4. Grill on George Foreman grill
