Easy Mac and Cheese

Note:  All portions in this recipe are approximates.

Ingredients:
2 T Butter
3 T Flour (whole wheat)
1-3 C Milk
Shredded Cheese
Garlic Powder to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Dijon Mustard (optional...I don't usually use this)

Method:
1.  Boil a box of Pasta. 
2.  Melt butter, add Flour and Milk.  Stir until well blended.
3.  Add shredded cheese.  Stir until cheese melts.
4.  Add garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste.
5.  Add milk/cheese mixture to drained pasta.

**I also blend up some onions and spinach (or any other veggie) and add to the sauce.
