Alina's Beef Stroganoff

Sautee 3T. minced onion in 2T. butter.
Sautee until onions are soft.
Add 2 lbs. beef (stew meat) strips w/ salt & pepper (or mushroom & beef).

Separate pot -
Melt 4 T. butter.
Add 3 T. flour, and 2 c. beef stock.
Stir until thickened.
Add 1 c. red wine.
Let it simmer, and add 3 T. tomato paste & 2 T. plain yogurt (or sour cream).
Add the meat mixture into this sauce.
Let simmer for 5 minutes, and serve.
