Rosemary Garlic "Wheat Thin" Crackers
Ingredients:
2 C Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary chopped fine
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 C Olive Oil
1/2 C Warm Water
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Combine first four ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.
3. Combine the Olive Oil and warm water and add to the dry ingredients.
4. Mix into dough and divide into two dough balls.
5. Let rest for about 5 minutes.
6. Roll dough out to about 1/16 inch thick.
7. Cut with pizza cutter into crackers.
8. Place on baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Watch that they don't get too brown.
